●脫水力，顯著(zhù)降烘干時(shí)間，減少能耗：350G脫水率洗脫機，脫后布草含水率將于55，從而可降烘干能耗和熨平能耗，對于槽式熨平機可減少一個(gè)預烘干的程序，從而減輕工人的勞動(dòng)強度機節省烘干時(shí)間。
●震動(dòng)量：采用新利技術(shù)，利號為201210308696.5，使布草均布后的偏心度減小，降了機器的震動(dòng)。
